Want to know where to find company and industry profiles including SWOT reports, market share reports, financial reports, company histories, and industry essays? Research coverage is from scholarly journals, business news sources, and case studies. (Requires log-in)

To search corporate descriptions and company histories dating bake to date of incorporation. Also features financial statements and ratio analyses. (Requires log-in)

Industry surveys on publicly-held U. S. and international companies, stock guides, dividend reports and mutual fund ratings. Financial and business analysis covers 52 major US industries. Analyst Financial Reports are also included. (Requires log-in)

10K, 10Q, OR ANNUAL REPORTS

  1. Click on Government Filings tab.
  2. Enter company name of stock ticker in the appropriate box.
  3. Select date or date range in the appropriate box.
  4. In Select Type menu, pick from 10K, 10Q, or Annual Report.

  1. At home page, locate the Guided Search panel.
  2. Choose and highlight Company Info in same Guided Search box.
  3. Type company name in the Search in all Company Information for box.
  4. Choose the part of a company profile you are most interested in viewing from the ...and show me drop-down list. In this case, select SEC Filings.
  5. Click Search. Your results appear.

    1. Visit the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission home page.
    2. In EDGAR | Company Filings, enter company name in Company Name box.
    3. Click SEARCH
    4. Find 10-K or 10-Q in the left-hand column named Filings.
