You know your remote access username and password already. Your username is your Campus email address. Your password is the password you use to get into your Campus email account.
ITC students will leave out the "my" for your username. For example, if you are Jane Doe and your ITC email address is jdoe@my.itc.edu, then your remote access username will be jdoe@itc.edu.
