Dr. Deborah Willis, Chair and Professor of Photography and Imaging at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, is one of the nation’s leading historians of African American photography and curator of African American culture. Her presentation, “Teenie Harris: Picturing Black America,” was followed by Q & A and book signing of the exhibit catalog, Teenie Harris, Photographer: Image, Memory, History.
