AUC Alumni Access to Library Resources: Available Online Resources

The following databases are openly accessible to all library users.

The AUC Woodruff Library's digital collections encompass a broad perspective of subjects and archival collections.  Collections include Atlanta University Center e-scholarship such as theses, dissertations and electronic journals.  Many digital collections are available from anywhere on the web, while other collections are available only within the Archives Research Center. The Morehouse College Martin Luther King Jr. Collection is available only within the Archives Research Center.

Here are the collections available to you from anywhere there is an internet connection:

1. AUC e-Scholarship Repository: RADAR -- an openly accessible repository of AUC theses, dissertations, and much more.
2. HBCU Library Alliance Digital Collection -- a digital collection of primary resources from HBCU libraries and archives.  These images  present HBCUs as cultural, social, and political institutions from the early 1800s until today.
3.  Seeking to Tell a Story:  From Slavery to Civil Rights -- a digital exhibit which tells the story of the Atlanta Student Movement.

The AUC Robert W. Woodruff Library subscribes to many academic journals, some of which are Open Access and thus are available electronically to all users.  Please note that the majority of electronic journals are available only to current AUC faculty and students.
