The most commonly used products used are (in no particular order):

Teams- Microsoft Teams is the hub for teamwork in Microsoft 365. The Teams service enables instant messaging, audio and video calling, rich online meetings, mobile experiences, and extensive web conferencing capabilities. In addition, Teams provides file and data collaboration and extensibility features, and integrates with Microsoft 365 and other Microsoft and partner apps.

PowerPoint- Empowers you to create clean slide presentations and intricate pitch decks and gives you a powerful presentation maker to tell your story.

Word- A powerful service that helps you unleash your best ideas, get things done, and stay connected on the go. Simply sign in for a personalized experience and all the most up-to-date Office applications, with new and enhanced features continually being added.

Excel- The industry-leading spreadsheet program, a powerful data visualization and analysis tool. Take your analytics to the next level with Excel.

OneNote- Organize with notebooks you can divide into sections and pages. With easy navigation and search, you’ll always find your notes right where you left them.

Outlook- Send, receive, and manage your email. Use Outlook’s built-in calendar to keep track of appointments and events.
