AUC Graduate Student Virtual Services: Interlibrary Loan

Interlibrary Loan

The Library’s Interlibrary Loan service is available to currently enrolled students, faculty, and staff members of Clark Atlanta University, Spelman College, Morehouse College, and the Interdenominational Theological Center with a valid Woodruff Library barcode. To request materials through interlibrary loan you will need to use the login information used to access your Woodruff Library user account. For more assistance contact the Interlibrary Loan Office.

Borrowers may submit requests for the following type of electronic materials: books, book chapters, journal articles, conference papers, etc. Graduate students may also submit requests for print materials.

Note: AUC Woodruff Library patrons with fines on their library accounts will not be allowed to borrow items via Interlibrary Loan until their account is back in good standing.

Outstanding fines and fees may be paid via the online pay portal located on the Library’s website.

Get Material from Other Libraries

If the book or article you need is not available in our library, we have an interlibrary loan system that allows you to access the Woodruff Interlibrary Loan Service from any internet browser.

To use this service, you first must obtain a Woodruff Library barcode, which is issued by our Circulation Services unit. Request a barcode by sending an email to barcodes@auctr.edu or calling (404) 978-2097.
