Fall Semester Hours of Virtual Information Services Delivery
.A Library barcode is required to check out materials from the Library’s collection. Please call the Library’s Circulation Services Desk at (404) 978-2097 to obtain a Library barcode. Your campus ID credentials are required for registration. After a barcode has been issued, the next step is to establish your online Library account here. Input your barcode and click on the SET/RESET PASSWORD button. You will be emailed a link to establish your password.
Parking Lot Pick Up Service
During the fall semester (August 19 – November 20) AUC faculty may request print items for pick up in the Library’s parking lot, located at the rear of the building. Parking Lot Pick Up is by appointment only. Services are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Note: You will be required to wear a mask and present a valid campus ID card during your pick up appointment.
Requests may be submitted by placing a Hold on the material(s) needed in the Library’s catalog. Once the materials are available, you will be notified via email. You should then call (404) 978-2097 to schedule an appointment for pick up. Scan and Deliver Service
During the fall semester, you may also request a limited number of pages from a designated book (full book chapter or less). Scanned pages will be emailed to your campus email account. Your request for Scan and Deliver Service should be submitted to your Subject Librarian. Subject librarians will forward individual requests to Circulation Services for processing. Scan and e-Deliver Service is available between the hours of 11:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of each week.
