Database Trial: Procedure

  • Selectors should not directly contact vendors and request trials.
  • Head of C&CM arranges trial with vendor and configures access to trial.
  • Head of C&CM provides selector with URL or log-in information to access trial.
  •  Selector is then responsible for developing a brief description of the trial resource, coordinating with Bryan Briones (bbriones@auctr.edu) to post the access information for the trial on the “Trial Databases” LibGuide, marketing the trial and collating user feedback from the trial.
